October Pink!!
Since it’s October, and October is dedicated to be known as Breast Cancer awareness month, I wanted to do something different this year. I wanted to do something that could tie into beauty and self love, so I got a pink extension in my hair to honor the bravest and most amazing women in my life. My mom and grandma are both breast cancer survivors, so this is for them. The hair salon I went to for the extensions was having a fundraiser for a local woman fighting breast cancer. For only $30, I got a pink streak in my hair, as well as being able to donate to someone who I can truly vouch for and support. This hair extension is a symbol of the beauty of women and how we can all come together to support someone who is going through something terrible, without even knowing them. As a community, we were able to come together and support others as well as receiving a pretty cool highlight!

Isabella is a high school student who has a love for fashion and putting pieces of clothing together for others as well. Her father, a custom tailor, taught her how to sew at a young age and always had a big influence on her outfit choices. Some of the people who have had a big influence on her are Zendaya and her stylist Law Roach, who showed her that it’s better to be different and to stand out in a crowd.
